Job Title: Mixing Operator, 3rd shift Summary: To safely and efficiently perform Mixing/Milling operations utilizing multiple mechanical equipment to pre-form high consistency silicone rubber to desired customer specifications. Responsibilities Include: Ensure that all safety equipment is readily available and that all guards are in place. Read batch cards/electronic devices for directions, such as proper amounts, temperature controls, weights and sequences of extrusion, and any other additional instructions. Operate (safely) multiple Mixers/Mills and related equipment. Update and maintain production records on batches extruded. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner, especially during shift transition.…
