Job Description A Day in the Life As an MRR, you are the connector between marketing, sales, and our prospects. The impact you make directly influences pipeline growth, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will: Respond promptly to inbound leads, web inquiries, and customer requests to ensure timely follow-up. Qualify prospects to determine fit based on predefined criteria, capturing relevant details, and enriching CRM records. Route qualified leads and customer inquiries to the appropriate sales or support team members for next steps.
