Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. Configure and maintain Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge to support SLA compliance.
