Job Title: Summer 2027 Intern- Intern in Adhesives and Sealants R&D Team Summary: Investigation of formulation and processing factors contributing to performance of novel adhesives containing functional fillers (electrostatic dissipative (ESD), and thermally conductive). Comparison with relevant benchmarks. This will explore a novel formulation space where specific silicone copolymers and silanes could facilitate the processing of functional fillers and enhance the final performance relevant for the need of datacenters infrastructure (ie electrostatic dissipation of flooring adhesives etc...). The student project success will be measured by the quality of the execution and the student ability to adapt to industrial environment and mindset (agility).…
