Position Overview
As a Travel Support Associate (Voice & Chat) within the Service Department, you’ll assist customers who already have bookings by responding via inbound calls and live chat. The role is communication-focused and process-driven, with clear escalation paths. No GDS or airline reservation systems are used or required for this role.
