The CI Engineer is key contributor and champion of Athens plant IL6S journey . Working with CI manager to build capability and engagement to support our business in achieving performance improvement goals (safety, quality, delivery, cost and sustainability). Responsibilities Focus on Loss Intelligence, Loss Eradication and Loss Prevention throughout the Operation (process, people & machine losses). Provides support on AM Pillar steps implementation. Coach core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions and control plans using FI/Lean problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, RCA, SMED, Pareto, etc.…
