About this role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Program Coordinator to help facilitate a seamless and inspiring interview experience for our candidates. You will report directly to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and work collaboratively with our Recruiters to guarantee a smooth and captivating candidate journey. This is a hybrid role based out of ATX. Responsibilities: Interview Coordination: Maintain job postings on career websites and within our recruitment system, Greenhouse. Partner with Recruiters to organize high-volume phone and video interviews for our Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates. Collaborate closely with interviewers to create a positive and welcoming candidate experience during interview sessions.…
