Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsible for preparing patients for provider evaluations by taking vital signs, recording information, and assisting with treatments such as wound care, injections, and minor procedures. To include coordinating patient flow, ensuring efficient use of the facility and provider time, and maintaining treatment rooms. Additionally, the Medical Assistant will assist in scheduling surgeries, obtaining authorizations for diagnostics and Durable Medical Equipment, and ensuring that all required clearances are in place.…
