Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Division (IED) seeks an Executive Director to join its Risk Management team, responsible for the negotiation, drafting, and execution of trading agreements with institutional clients. The role requires a strong analytical thinker with the ability to assess complex client negotiation requests across a broad suite of agreements, including but not limited to, equity derivatives, prime brokerage, securities lending, futures, listed options, and OTC clearing agreements as well as equity Master Confirmation Agreements and confidentiality agreements.…
