About this role

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Project Engineer with 5 - 10 years of experience to join our team in our Georgetown, DE office. This position is responsible for hands-on design and support of land development projects. Key Responsibilities Lead site design for commercial and residential projects, focusing on grading, Stormwater Management (SWM),and Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC). Produce comprehensive construction documents and technical reports utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. Coordinate directly with regulatory agencies to navigate and secure necessary project permits.
