Tax Managers operate as leaders and mentors within our Firm by demonstrating the ability to: Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency. Develop recommendations and maintaining client relationships by balancing the client needs along with other assignments and deadlines. Provide proactive advice based on their knowledge of tax law, particularly within business tax. Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead.
