Portfolio Financial Management Manage the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process for the Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets while providing timely reporting, expenditure tracking and financial insights to support management decision-making. Business Case & Investment Governance Support DT programme teams in developing business cases by validating financial assumptions, cost estimates, funding requirements and expected business benefits. Monitor approved investments throughout their lifecycle to ensure alignment between planned expenditure and realised outcomes.
