About this role
As Operations Manager – BWTS , you will lead and support our technical operations related exclusively to Ballast Water Treatment Systems. You’ll manage and guide our field engineers, project managers, and partners, acting as the primary technical expert for this domain. Reporting directly to the Technical Director , you’ll ensure the quality, safety, and continuous improvement of our BWTS services. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical support to project managers, sales engineers, and field engineers in all BWTS-related matters. Manage and develop the BWTS technical team, including: Job allocation, coaching, training, and performance evaluation. Recruiting and onboarding new BWTS engineers in collaboration with HR.…
