Job Description – Software Engineer Experience: 9 –13 years Role Overview Software Engineer Level 3-4 is a seasoned individual contributor responsible for designing and delivering complex features with strong ownership. The role requires depth in coding, ability to create modular designs, mentor junior engineers, and effectively use AI tools to improve productivity and solution quality. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules. Design components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities.
