Someone who understands policies, procedures and coverage, but also recognises that good claims handling is ultimately about making balanced decisions, treating people fairly and finding practical, well-reasoned solutions. This role is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to develop deeper technical expertise within a specialist marine claims environment.
