About this role

The Reliability and Production Engineering (RPE) group is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member to be involved in managing the environment and application support for the Asia & Australia Wealth Management platform. The team will be expected to cover all aspects of ITIL Production Management primarily Incident, Problem, Event and Environment/Monitoring Management. Based in Melbourne this role will involve interacting with developers, data operations, other application support group teams in Australia and APAC as well as business users directly within the business units.
