About this role

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a documentation negotiator in Hong Kong to be a member of the IED documentation team of AEDG. The Institutional Equity Division (IED) is a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities. The Asia Equities Documentation Group (AEDG) rolls up to the Risk Department of Morgan Stanley and is responsible for drafting, negotiating and administrating legal documentation for prime brokerages, OTC equity derivatives, securities lending, listed derivatives and electronic trading for clients in the APAC region including Japan.…
