Job Description Intern - Learning & Development Job Purpose: Join our dynamic Learning & Development team and gain hands-on experience managing training operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This internship offers exposure to both HR processes and digital systems, making it ideal for students with a background in Learning and Development, Human Resources or Technology. You’ll help ensure training compliance, safety, and operational excellence through our Learning Management System (LMS). Primary Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for LMS (myLearning) queries via the site mailbox and support users through our LMS clinic.
