Job Description Seeking an experienced HRIT Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Global Talent Management solutions, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, DE&I, Career Development, and Employee Experience. This role will partner closely with HR solutions leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and AI-enabled workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Talent Management and Recruiting technologies. Partner with HR CoEs and business leaders to define priorities, requirements, and solution strategies. Serve as the functional SME for Workday Recruiting and Talent Management.
