JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Production Manager SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, execution, and management of WIP, from receipt to shipment and ensuring customers’ expectations are met, and or exceeded. In addition, Production Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of the Production Technicians and helps maintain the documentation for their training and certifications, as well as manages their performance.
