Property Preservation Specialist III

Overview: This position is an integral role within M&T’s Property Preservation team that will execute day to day functions including managing a conveyance portfolio, identifying curtailment losses and monitoring for reimbursement when applicable, reviewing and responding to code violations and participating in weekly conference calls with vendor(s). Primary Responsibilities: Sign off on documents and approve loss sheets as a result of the late submission of reports. Complete curtailment billings that are submitted to vendor. Review and approve hazard claim repairs, and investor allowables. Participate in weekly conference calls with vendors. Oversee the Property Preservation mailbox ensuring that all correspondence is responded to timely.…
