About this role
OMO-S1-05 Job Purpose This is a fixed-term, project-linked role created solely to maintain continuity of routine supply on Bard's existing (legacy) Filling & Packaging lines while permanent operators are released to act as workplace trainers and trainees for the new expansion assets (Lines 24, 25, 26 and associated equipment). The role exists only for the duration of the Expansion Training Workstream and will conclude when that workstream is complete. The post-holder supports the safe, efficient and compliant operation of legacy packaging lines only, ensuring accurate packaging of Bard's commercial products to approved specifications, SOPs and GMP, so that customer supply is protected during the transition.…
