About this role

Job Purpose A fixed-term, project-linked role created solely to sustain routine manufacture within Bard's existing (legacy) manufacturing suites while permanent technicians are released to train as workplace trainers/trainees for the new ADHD bead manufacturing unit and associated expansion assets. The role exists only for the duration of the Manufacturing Expansion Training Workstream and concludes on its completion. The post-holder is accountable for processes within an assigned legacy manufacturing area only, delivering production KPIs to the highest GMP and Health & Safety standards so that supply is protected during the transition. The post-holder will not be trained, qualified, deployed or scheduled on the new bead unit or any new expansion asset.…
