We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented People & Culture Manager Nordics to lead our Nordic P&C function and partner with business leaders in driving organizational performance, employee engagement, and transformational change. In this role, you will have responsibility for Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, supporting approximately 550 employees across manufacturing, sales, service, and corporate functions.
