JOB SUMMARY: The production manager will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing, assembly and QC monitoring and shipping processes. The production manager will ensure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality. This position will maintain and improve systems for achieving company goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Employee Morale. The position will also interact with other departments to achieve company financial goals while operating within a set budget.
