Job Description Summary The Clinical Manager provides operational leadership, direct clinical support, and patient access/front desk support for an off-campus College of Dental Medicine (CDM) clinic location. This position manages the daily activities of dental assistants, dental hygienists, and assigned Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) and/or Treatment Care Coordinators (TCCs) to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care and consistent clinic operations. The Clinical Manager serves as the on-site operational leader and is expected to work across both clinical and front desk functions based on the needs of the location. The manager functions clinically in their discipline (Dental Assistant III or Dental Hygienist) and provides direct front desk/patient access coverage when needed.…
