Das tun wir Im Consulting unterstützen wir Unternehmen unter anderem dabei, ihre CRM-Strategien und -Prozesse neu zu denken, effizienter sowie kundenorientierter zu gestalten und mit den passenden Technologien erfolgreich umzusetzen. Deine Aufgaben Du strukturierst komplexe Herausforderungen im Kundenservice und Vertrieb und entwickelst daraus klare organisatorische und prozessuale Lösungen. Du bewertest Business Cases, um die wirtschaftliche Wirkung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen transparent zu machen. Du führst Interviews und Workshops mit Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften durch, um Anforderungen und Veränderungsbedarfe zu identifizieren.
