About this role

JOB-2451 Hybrid: 3 days onsite Tuesday - Thursday (Springfield Metro Area, MA) Duration: 12 months Seeking an IT Software Systems Engineer with experience in on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft client/server architectures. You will be responsible for supporting the full software lifecycle of multiple commercial off-the-shelf and custom applications, including both development and operational activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, actively contributing to development efforts while playing a key role in diagnosing and resolving production issues. Key Responsibilities Work with SMEs to build and support integrations between systems to meet requirements. Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and developing plans for resolution.…
