The Head of HR leads the full HR function across global locations, owning HR strategy, operations, and people programs. This role partners with senior leadership, manages a small HRBP team, and oversees the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, performance, development, engagement, compliance, and culture. Requirements 5+ years of HR experience in global companies. HRBP background + people management experience. Strong knowledge of global & local hiring processes.
