About this role

Job Description Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Counsel to join the Commercial Contracts organization within the Legal Department. This role will support Agilent's growing Advanced Manufacturing Partnership and Pathology and Clinical Diagnostics Divisions, with a particular focus on complex commercial agreements related to Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) activities, strategic supply chain relationships, and complex supplier engagements.
