About this role

Job Description This role owns the test strategy, end-to-end validation and release readiness of OpenLab-based analytical instrument and laboratory automation workflows. It covers OpenLab CDS, GC, LC, GC/MS, LC/MS, spectroscopy products and connected automation devices such as microplate readers, Bravo, centrifuges and cell-analysis instruments. Beyond validation execution, the role strengthens support readiness by helping internal engineers, application teams, field support and automation integrators isolate issues, validate configurations, document troubleshooting guidance, and translate field learnings into product-quality improvements.…
