Deine Aufgaben Performance und Entwicklung — dein Schwerpunkt: Du verantwortest unseren Performance-Zyklus: Zielsetzung, Feedback-Gespräche, Entwicklungsgespräche, Dokumentation. Du machst daraus einen Rhythmus, keinen jährlichen Krampf. Du baust ein Kompetenz- und Karrieremodell, das erklärt, was der Unterschied zwischen einer Rolle und der nächsten ist — für Fach- wie Führungslaufbahn. Du entwickelst unser Bonus- und Zielsystem weiter: individuelle Zielprofile statt Gießkanne, messbar statt gefühlt. Du befähigst Führungskräfte, gute Gespräche zu führen — auch die unangenehmen. Du trainierst, begleitest, hältst den Spiegel hin. Du gestaltest Onboarding und die ersten 90 Tage so, dass Menschen bleiben wollen.…
