Job Summary The Sr. NOA Title Specialist is responsible for projects pertaining to buybacks, title clouds, and complex title issues. This position is also responsible for preparing amended deeds due to errors or to synchronize usage. Responsibilities Review complex title issues and correct chain of title issues as appropriate. Work closely with title company to determine best course of action to correct a title cloud for unique/complex title situations. Manage and resolve escalated owner issues that involve reversal of purchase or legal action, following established procedures based on approved buyback type. Prepare necessary documents and notify appropriate parties of requirements to rectify title clouds, complex title issues or other escalated issues.…
