About this role

Job Purpose The HR Compliance & Audit Specialist will ensure the company's human resources policies, processes, and practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. This role will conduct regular HR audits, support policy development and implementation, identify compliance risks, and drive corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Audit HR transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before final processing. Verify employee master data, personnel files, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee movement records.
