Overview: Shift Available: Evenings- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) - 3pm- 11:30pm 8 hour or 10 hour shifts available Starting Rate: $24.50 with potential for higher pay based on experience + $1.80 shift differential for Evenings Job Description Summary: Provides crisis intervention training for Behavioral Health frontline staff. Job Description: Essential Functions: Implements training programs and workshops, teaching pediatric behavioral health crisis intervention skills and techniques to Behavioral Health frontline staff. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and performance of frontline staff. Makes recommendations and necessary improvements. Responds to active crisis situations. Provides in-the-moment feedback and facilitates debrief with frontline staff.…
