About this role
Overview: 36 hours per wk Rotating Days & Nights every six weeks, every other weekend, holiday rotation -Minimum pay - $36.90 per hr plus shift and weekend differentials -$2.00 per hr increase upon succesful completion of unit orientation -$10k signing bonus for external candidates with at least one year critical care, RN experience (24 month commitment) More About CTICU 20 Beds - 12 closed door rooms & 8 open bay rooms Nurse to Patient Ratios 1:1 & 1:2 (High acuity- 2:1) Patient Ages: Birth to late Adulthood Patient Population: Patients with Congenital Heart Defects, Acquired Heart Disease, Pre & Post-Surgical, Heart & Lung Transplants We care for ECMO and VAD patients TikTok (RN)- Learn what a day in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit looks like ...…
