Overview: The TCFSH Systems/Application Analyst will support the internal systems and applications for The Center for Family Safety and Healing. Responsibilities will include: Account management for new user access and user account adjustments for applications and system, verifying user permission accuracy. Collaborating with technical supervisor for support on system changes. Improving outcomes for patients and families through best practice system enhancements and design. Third-party vendor interaction: Submitting support tickets, attending build and implementation discussions, training, and account overview with third party application vendors.
