About this role

Overview: Diabetes and School Health (DASH) is an enhanced care-coordination program working to provide the best diabetes care through direct clinical oversight, education and care coordination for patients living with Diabetes. This position travels to schools in Columbus and surrounding areas providing services to students enrolled in DASH. Schedule is 32 hours per week, M-F Day shift. Options available for a modified summer schedule based on clinical need. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.…
