About this role

We are standing up a brand new production line. We'll need flexibility of shift during stand up due to training and collaboration. But once we move to Production - this position will support a days production team with weekend requirements SUMMARY The Production Supervisor is a front-line operations leader responsible for improving Quality, Human Safety, and Product Cost Efficiency while engaging and developing talent. This role leads teams of 25-30 production associates, ensuring operational targets are met.
