Job Description: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving revenue growth at Kaleris by generating new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role is focused on both outbound and inbound sales efforts, collaborating closely with the VP of Sales and the Marketing team to execute sales activities that are tightly aligned to the company’s GTM efforts. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, proactive, and eager to contribute to the overall sales strategy by identifying new logos and uncovering upsell opportunities within our current customer base.
