About this role

THE OPPORTUNITY Do you have what it takes to drive and maximize customer success for our unique products? As part of our Customer Experience team, you will be working closely with our SMB (Small-Medium Businesses) customers. You will play a pivotal role in enabling and increasing the adoption of NavVis’ hardware and software within our customer base while ensuring customer success. The exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in order to equip our customers to tap into the full potential of our solutions awaits you! With a deep understanding of our reality capture system, you will oversee the customer onboarding process and support them throughout the adoption cycle to ensure they achieve the best possible results.
