Pay Range: $111,115.00 - $148,145.00 Leads and motivates a team of Business Bankers in a specified area in addition to fulfilling Business Banker responsibilities for an individual region. Provides management oversight, mentoring/coaching, and strategic insight to aid in the growth of Business Banking activities/production. Also serves as a subject matter expert for a certain aspect of the line of business supporting the entire Business Banking footprint.
