The Associate Employee Relations Representative partners with leaders and team members across the organization to provide support to related areas such as (but not limited to): workplace investigations, violations of policy, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, employee exits, and employee wellbeing concerns. This role oversees tracking and reporting ER-related data and metrics, which is used to identify trends and develop action plans. Essential Responsibilities: 3 5 % - Provide administrative support to senior ER representatives, including assisting with investigation logistics , tracking report follow up, and processing disciplinary actions in workday.…
