Responsibilities include: • Lead supplier benchmarking activity. • May lead project team. • Work closely with suppliers to develop a mutually beneficial, long term relationship. • Develop, implement and manage commodity strategy. • Develop supplier base not on U.S. but North, Central and South America for localization parts. • Generate commodity cost estimates to build sourcing, negotiation, and supplier development strategies. • Analyze costs to understand and evaluate supplier competitiveness.…
