DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General Function: To provide technical knowledge of customer requirements and needs, to ensure the Quality systems are implemented, maintained and adhered to in such a manner as to ensure that customer expectations are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): • Active participation in Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) for products and processes in assigned areas. • Regulate and update the process control documents in assigned areas • (i.e. Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, Product and Process Inspection Plan, Measurement system work instruction). • Act as Customer liaison.
