(Ending end of April 2027) The Failsafe Officer quality assurance processes are responsible for the oversight of patient management from front-end registration to ensuring adequate database validation and cleansing. Failsafe is essential to safe guard Diabetic Eye Screening Programme patients as they move through the complex diabetic eye screening programme care pathway, escalating concerns or omissions to local DESP managers in accordance with policies and procedures. This will be achieved by ongoing data audits, list validations and liaising with multiple stakeholders, following the policies and procedures and regularly audit for compliance.…
