Contractor Management Analyst Location: Glasgow - SVC Salary from £45,400 - £56,750 Permanent Help us create a better future, quicker Working within the Contract Management Team in SPD, the successful candidate will support the management and operation of live framework agreements, ensuring effective monitoring and governance across all active frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Framework Agreements, SPEN Operations, ED2 requirements, procurement processes, and legal forms of contract. A working knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is desirable. A commercial or finance background would be advantageous, along with the ability to analyse framework utilisation, scrutinise performance data, and provide insightful reporting and feedback.…
