Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with customers, employees, and vendors to provide clear return instructions and ensure timely equipment recovery. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end return process for company equipment. Track and documents returned items within inventory management systems to maintain accurate records. Process returns requests and issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) in accordance with company procedures.
