About this role
Neo Security is looking for a Director of Field Marketing & Events to build and lead our field marketing function from the ground up. You will own the strategy and execution of everything that puts our brand and our team in front of prospects and customers in person and virtually: conferences, executive roundtables, regional field events, our own user summit, and sponsorships. You'll partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, and Product Marketing to turn pipeline and revenue targets into a calendar of high-impact programs, and you'll be the person in the room ensuring every event ties back to measurable pipeline and brand outcomes.…
