Funciones Atención telefónica, relacionada con consultas e incidencias. Gestión de numerosos clientes por varios canales y gestión de buzón correo Soporte técnico TPV Hacer seguimiento a las soluciones ofrecidas al cliente. Condiciones Salario: 17.139,58 brutos/ anuales por jornada completa (a 35 horas 14.997,13 € brutos anuales) Horario: lunes a domingos de 9:00H a 16:00H (festivos incluidos) Tipo de contrato: sustitución IT de larga duración. Modalidad: Presencial. Ubicación: C//Albasanz, 15. Tu perfil - Experiencia en atención al cliente. - Buen manejo ofimático.
